I've been a bookkeeper for 18 years, and I've seen so many hardworking business owners doing it all themselves — often feeling overwhelmed, behind, or just unsure about their finances.
my story
I love working with small to mid-sized business owners who appreciate honest communication, personalized support, and kindness. People who are passionate about what they do — service providers, retail stores, hair salons, restaurants and cafes, tradespeople, creatives and entrepreneurs of all kinds. Many of my clients are juggling a lot: growing their business, managing clients, supporting families, and trying to figure it all out.
When I'm not helping clients feel more confident and in control of their finances, you can find me soaking up free time with my family — usually outdoors or at our cabin, enjoying some much-needed downtime. I also have a love for all things vintage: classic films, old homes, antiques — anything with a bit of history and heart.
That love for timeless, thoughtful details shows up in how I work too — with care, consistency, and a personal touch.
If you’re looking for a bookkeeper who sees you, not just your numbers, I’d love to connect.
OUR VALUES
Compassion: You won't find any lectures here. We meet every client with empathy and understanding — no matter how far behind you feel or how messy things seem. We start where you are and move forward together.
Clarity: Finances shouldn’t be intimidating. We break down the numbers into clear, simple terms so you always know where your business stands — and can make decisions with confidence.
Personalized Support: There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. We take the time to understand your business and goals, and tailor our services to fit you, not the other way around.
Respect for Your Time and Energy: you’re busy — we get it. Our aim is to make your bookkeeping systems simple and efficient. We want to help you keep your finances organized and easy to manage without stress.
Reliability: You can count on us to show up, meet deadlines, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — so you never have to worry if your books are in good hands.
Accuracy: Your books are the backbone of your business, so it's super important that they're accurate. Whether it's posting your transactions, reconciling your bank accounts, or preparing your reports, we make sure you can trust your numbers to help you make smart business decisions.
On a personal note.
I’m a mom of three young boys (including twins!) with my husband, and life is wonderfully loud and full of energy. We spend a lot of time outside trying to burn it off — and we laugh every time someone says, “They’ll sleep well tonight.” Spoiler: they never do.
My backyard has a vegetable patch and a flower garden. I grow fresh veggies to use in our meals —they're as local as it gets! The flowers are there simply because they brighten up the space and make me happy every day.
Whenever we can, my family and I pack up for our cabin and hit the road. We love mountain drives, quiet mornings by the lake, and the reset that only nature can give. It’s where we recharge, reconnect, and slow things down.
I try not to pick favorites, but one of my kids may be named after George Bailey from It’s a Wonderful Life. I’ve always loved the message of that film — that a meaningful life isn’t always about grand achievements, but by the positive impact one has on the lives of others and the strength of the community they help build.
We live in a home that was built in 1923, and my office is tucked into what used to be the study — complete with original hardwood floors, brass doorknobs, and even a secret door. I’ll take charm and character over modern any day.
I love the thrill of vintage markets, thrift shops, and garage sales — discovering something that was once cherished and giving it a new life. There’s something beautiful about finding value in what others overlook.
